iRest is an ongoing practice which builds a safe foundation to explore and deeper your connection to self. This practice teaches you how to RESPOND rather than life's ever changing landscape.

Integrative Restoration or iRest Yoga Nidra is informed by the teachings of Richard E Miller and the iRest Institute (IRI®) and is based on ancient Yoga Nidra meditation practice.
